*Hunt MVPs with your friends, at your own time and leisure.* On a busy server, hunting MVPs can be difficult due to high competition and time constraints. To make MVPs more accessible, **MVP Instances** are private, party-only maps where you can summon and defeat an MVP without camping field spawns. Casual groups can schedule their own MVP runs whenever it suits them. ### How it works * Only the **party leader** can open an instance. * Each party member chooses, **before entering**, whether to **pay** or not. * Only players who **pay** receive loot. * Players can enter for **free** to help even if they are on cooldown, but they will **not** receive any rewards. * MVP loot is reduced to **50% of field rates**, and everyone in the instance rolls their **own individual loot**. * **No experience** is earned inside MVP Instances. * Any instance can alternatively be opened/entered with **15 War Badges**. * Instances **close after 5 minutes of inactivity**. ### Opening and entering 1. The party leader talks to the **MVP Instances** NPC and selects the target MVP. 2. The instance opens for the whole party. 3. Each member then talks to the same NPC and chooses how to enter: * **Pay with materials + zeny** (the cost listed for that MVP), or * **Pay with 15 War Badges**, or * **Enter for free** to help, with no loot and no cooldown. > Paying flags you as eligible for loot. Free entrants can still fight and assist, they simply receive no drops and are never placed on cooldown. ### Loot and rewards When the MVP dies, every **paying** member present rolls their own loot individually, at 50% of the server's field drop rates. Drops are delivered straight to each eligible player; there is no shared pile to fight over. No experience is granted inside instances. ### Cooldowns * Cooldowns are based on your **account** and **Gepard ID**. * Bypassing cooldowns is **not allowed**. * A cooldown is applied **only if the MVP is killed and loot is received**. * Entering for free to help a friend does **not** place you on cooldown. All MVPs in the list below share a **3-day** cooldown. ### Instance list Costs are paid per player. You can join a friend's run for free to help fight; you just won't get drops, and you won't be placed on cooldown. **Can I get experience here?** No. MVP Instances grant no EXP. They are purely for the MVP fight and its loot. **What if my party leaves the MVP alive?** The instance closes automatically after 5 minutes with no activity. **Does dying lose my run?** No. The instance stays open while the party is active; only the kill (with loot) applies a cooldown.
